FitNation is a same-day, nationwide pairs competition held across local gyms (affiliates) all over Australia. You and your partner will complete the official FitNation workouts at your local host gym, and your scores will go straight to the live FitNation national leaderboard to see how you stack up against other teams around the country. It’s one big day of fitness, fun, and community—shared nationwide.

Everyone! FitNation is designed for everyday athletes and serious competitors alike. Choose from two divisions:

Amplify (Advanced / RX / Pro): For advanced athletes who regularly perform RX workouts.

Vibe (Intermediate / Everyday / Open): For intermediate or everyday gym-goers who want to have fun, test themselves, and be part of something big. Grab a mate—same-sex (MM/FF) or mixed (MF)—and you’re good to go.

You’ll register directly through your local host gym’s FitNation link. Once you sign up and select your division, you’ll be locked in for the big weekend. Your host gym will handle all event-day details, so all you need to do is show up ready to throw down.

Once all the workouts are done, scores from every gym in the country are uploaded to the live FitNation national leaderboard. You’ll be able to see exactly where your team stands among athletes nationwide. The Top 40 teams overall will then be invited to the FitNation Fitness Festival in Brisbane to compete for glory!

Expect a fun, well-run local event with the energy of a national competition. You’ll complete multiple workouts throughout the day with your partner, cheer on other teams, and enjoy the community vibe your gym is known for. Every host affiliate will add their own flavour—music, prizes, and atmosphere—while FitNation brings the national leaderboard and official programming to make it all feel connected across Australia.
